I often work with Latine and first-generation adults, many of whom identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, highly- driven, inquisitive and deeply reflective.
Together, we explore how family-of-origin dynamics shape the way you move through the world - and how to create new patterns that honor both where you come from and who you’re becoming.

Clinical background
My experience includes working with individuals across diverse communities - from young professionals or college students to service members and veterans- who carry experiences of shame, imposter syndrome, burnout, or uncertainty in times of transition.
In our work, I invite you to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you soften the weight of responsibility and find greater ease in intimacy with yourself and others.
Approach
I hold space for those navigating the complexity of identity, belonging, and connection.
I am both relational and collaborative in the room. Rooted in both Psychodynamic traditions and Attachment Theory, I believe therapy is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have longed to be seen and understood.
Culture & Community
Given my background, I can speak to the shared experiences I have with many of my clients from being the No- Sabo kid to the adult who uses Spanish at home with family and primarily English with coworkers.
I aim to make space for the pressure that can come from the sacrifices previous legacies have made for us to be here today while highlighting the beauty in our culture and the connectedness that can come with it.
Sometimes we are the first ones to pave the road for both us and future generations to come.
Together, we’ll walk that path with care — creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to grow at your own pace.
