Session Fees

  • $185 for a 60-minute initial assessment to determine what brings you to therapy and what your goals are.

  • $165 per session. Please see below for in-network options.

  • Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Carelon, Cigna, Quest, United Health Care.

For most OON (out-of-network) plans, I can provide a superbill in which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have OON benefits.

More on this in my FAQ’s.

  • I offer a limited amount of sliding scale options for individuals looking to begin therapy however are unable to cover the costs of my flat rates.

These spots are in high demand, so availability may vary. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss current options, and I’ll do my best to support you.

  • I require clients to notify me of needing to cancel their upcoming appointment within 1 business day of their standing appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation fee.

The full session fee will be charged if an appointment is missed. Please know that insurance does not cover late cancellations or no- shows.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of psychotherapy services. This estimate outlines the expected charges for services such as intake and ongoing sessions, helping clients understand potential costs before treatment begins.

The total amount is an estimate and may vary depending on the number and frequency of sessions. If the actual bill is $400 or more higher than the estimate, clients have the right to dispute the charge. This policy promotes transparency and helps clients make informed decisions about their care.
